PHA
PHAs are a chemical exfoliant. It helps to slough away dead, dull-looking cells, reveal healthy cells, reduce hyperpigmentation, and improve skin texture. PHAs also hydrate skin. They support the skin's barrier function, which locks in moisture and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

LHA
A lipo-hydroxy acid, LHA exfoliates the skin, decongests clogged pores, refines the skin's surface, and has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.

1. After cleansing and drying the skin, gently wipe across the entire face and neck with the "embossing side" of the pad to exfoliate. Avoid the eye area. 

2. Use the "silky side" of the pad to wipe once more for a final polishing touch, focusing on trouble spots of your skin. 

3. Do not rinse off; follow with a calming mask and moisturizer.

4. Use 3-5 times a week. For sensitive skin, use once a week.
