Memberships are billed monthly and run on a month-to-month basis. Memberships automatically renew each month for a total 12-month term unless cancelled before renewal.

You may cancel at any time. An active member is guaranteed membership for 12 months from the time of initial purchase.

Unused facials never expire while your membership is active. After your membership ends, you have 6 months to use any remaining rolled-over facials.

Yes. You can always schedule additional facials outside ot the monthly facial you receive as a member.

Multiple rolled-over facials may be used in the same month. If you are a Tier 1 or Tier 2 member, you may combine multiple rollovers for a facial in a higher tier.

If you're a Tier 3 member, multiple rollovers may be used in a single month, provided they are booked across multiple appointments.

When booking online:

1. Select “Tier 1 Membership Facial,” “Tier 2 Membership Facial,” or “Tier 3 Membership Facial.”
2. A pop-up will appear prompting you to select a specific facial within that tier.
3. If using a Quarterly Upgrade, select the upgraded facial you'd like to receive. Credit will be applied at check-out.

Tier conversion allows you to combine unused facials to receive a higher-tier facial. Any remaining difference is paid at the time of service.

Additionally, you may choose to redeem an unused facial from a lower tier. In which case, you would receive complimentary add-on services in addition to the facial.

Once per quarter, you may replace one monthly facial with a facial from a higher tier. You may choose any time during the quarter to use this upgrade. Unused upgrades expire at the end of the quarter.

Tier 3 members receive the 2-hour Age Rewind Member-Only Facial for their quarterly upgrade.

Depending on your membership tier, you may receive complimentary add-ons during that visit. Add-ons must be used during the same appointment and do not roll over.

This exclusive two-hour facial is available only to members.

Within this treatment, members may choose from the most effective elements that make Esthi Skincare’s facials so unique, such as SMAS massage, spicule resurfacing, nano-infusion, and more.

Members are guided through a visual treatment menu at the start of the appointment to curate their facial based on current skin goals.

Members may trade in a monthly facial and pay the difference to receive this service

Yes. You may trade in your monthly facial and pay the difference to receive the Age-Rewind Facial.

Memberships cannot be paused.

Yes, you may cancel at any time. Refunds are not issued for paid months unless cancellation is made within 3 days of a monthly charge, and you request a refund at the time of cancellation.

Memberships are not transferable. However, one monthly facial per 6-month term (excluding the Age-Rewind Facial) may be gifted to one non-member.

Each month, members will receive a surprise offering via email. The email must be mentioned, and surprise claimed at the time of service or they are forfeited.

Monthly surprises are only valid for the month in which they are announced.
